General Contractor for Janitorial Services

Pioneer Texas, LLC and Pioneer Lot Service is looking for its next Janitorial/Retail Contractor. We are seeking reliable and detail oriented janitorial/retail contractors to maintain cleanliness at multiple locations. The contractor will be responsible for general cleaning, blowing, sweeping, trash pick-up and basic upkeep of the facilities exterior areas, with specific tasks to be completed daily, weekly, and as needed.
