Bilingual Skilled Construction Laborers Needed Residential Remodel

Kal REI Properties, a fast-growing residential remodeling and real estate investment company, is hiring skilled and dependable construction laborers for full-time work on residential renovation projects.

What We're Looking For:
Experienced in:

Drywall installation & finishing
Tile setting
Interior & exterior painting

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
General knowledge of all phases of residential remodeling is a strong plus
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Requirements:
At least 2 years of residential construction experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to follow project instructions and safety procedures

Legal to work in the U.S.

Punctual, reliable, and professional

Compensation & Schedule:
Hourly Rate: $20$35/hr (based on experience and skill level)
Paid weekly

Job Locations:
Various residential job sites throughout [San Antonio Area]
