Remodel/Carpenter

Seeking a Lead Carpenter for small but fast-growing basement remodel company. Most projects start on a Monday and finish on Friday then on to the next house. We're currently booked through August and turning away new jobs for lack of crew. We offer a felxible schedule, autonmy and independence, and a laid back environment. Have a good attitude, get the job done, get paid.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

- INSTALLING WINDOWS
- Framing
- Insulation
- Drywall/Mud/Tape
- Finish trim
- Concrete

Must Possess:

- Truck or resaonable work vehicle
- Basic power and hand tools
- STRONG communication skills (A fair amount of homeowner interaction so the ability to engage with people is a must)
- CCB License ideal but please apply if not currently licensed

The position will start out as part-time (flexible schedule) but hours can increase if all goes well. Wage is $30+ negotiable depending on expereince.
