NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED REMODELER / LEAD CARPENTER

Olive City Construction is growing. We stay busy because our work is spread out from Redding to Sacramento.

Im looking for a reliable, experienced remodeler or lead carpenter someone I can build a team around. This is not day labor or short-term. This is a long-term opportunity with room to advance.

What Were Looking For:
Someone whos solid, reliable, and knows the trade
Ready to step into a lead role, run jobs, and help build a crew over time
Must have real experience with:
Framing
Drywall (hang, tape, mud, finish)
Trim, base, doors, crown, casing
Cabinet installation
Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile)
Minor plumbing/electrical (a plus but not required)
Must pass a drug test clean crew only
Must provide 2 verifiable references we will check them
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must have basic hand tools (power tools a plus)

What We Offer:
$25$40/hr (DOE)
Steady 40+ hours a week we stay busy year-round
Weekly pay direct deposit or check
Work all over NorCal Redding, Chico, Yuba, Sacramento, and everywhere in between (home every night)

Not Looking For:
No drug users

No fake handymen pretending to be lead carpenters
