Handyman / Maintenance Tech - Apartment Building

Apartment Building Owner looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and motivated full-time Maintenance Tech with Residential repair and construction experience.

General duties include:

-Work Orders / Maintenance Request: Most apartment and common area repairs including but not limited to:
-Minor Plumbing & Water damage repairs
-Minor electrical
-Drywall & Painting
-Cabinet and Flooring Repair
-Cosmetic Repairs
-Door & Window Repair
-Countertop & Cabinet Install (Preferred)
-Tiling (Preferred)
-Vacant Apartment Turnovers

Required Experience:
Must have an advanced understanding of construction components (Interior & Exterior)
Must have 5+ years experience in construction / residential maintenance & repair
Must have reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
Must have tools

Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple job functions, learn new procedures & software quickly, with great reporting accuracy and consistency in follow up
