**We're Hiring** motivated individuals for the following positions:

+ Production Equipment Assemblers / Mechanics

+ Welders / Fabricators

**Schedule**

+ Monday Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Overtime until 3:30 PM or as needed)

**Equipment:**

+ Boom Trucks / Cranes

+ Bucket / Dump Trucks

+ Digger Derricks

+ Utility Trucks & More

**Were seeking individuals with high mechanical aptitude or vocational training.**

+ 12-volt electrical wiring experience (trailers, wire harnesses, etc.).

+ Truck, Auto Mechanics shop related experienced (preferred but not required).

+ Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic systems, and welding.

+ A desire to learn and grow.

**Job Summary:**

As part of the **Installation Production Team** , you will be responsible for upfitting and customizing vehicles to CTOS specifications. This includes:

+ Installing and wiring electrical components for utility trucks, cranes, and related equipment.

+ Modifying and enhancing vehicles to meet industry-specific needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform electrical and lighting modifications (12V systems).

+ Work with electrical components such as switches, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers.

+ Wire electrical systems for various vehicles using schematics.

+ Build custom wiring harnesses and ensure proper splicing, crimping, and soldering.

+ Run wiring harnesses along truck frames and between drive axles.

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Required Skills:**

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Valid drivers license.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to read and follow wiring schematics and written instructions.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Work in a shop environment and outdoors.

+ Stand or walk on concrete and uneven surfaces for 8+ hours daily.
