Family: Supply Chain Planning Job Description: As a Supply Chain Master
Planner, this partner will manage production capacity across multiple
lines and plants to balance cost and service. This includes managing
various inputs into systems and process while measuring, monitoring, and
achieving corporate objectives. These processes will require cross
functional work through the supply chain. Developing and maintaining a
good relationship with Plant, Sales, Suppliers, and Customer Service
partners is essential. What you\'ll do: \* Manages inputs into
constrained planning (thruputs, crewed hours, etc.) and is accountable
to measure actual performance vs plan. \* Makes adjustments to the short
term production plan to meet variances in demand and/or supply
leveraging JDA-ESP. \* Manages capacity between the short and, mid-term
horizons to align the organization on differences with the unconstrained
and constrained production plan. \* Manages projects and communicates
detailed requirements across all system resources including line
capacity, processing capacity, crewing, warehouse space, transportation
needs and raw material. \* Orchestrates weekly S&OE meetings to ensure
all areas of business are aligned in the short term. \* Analyze data to
determine how to improve production, interplant, inventory and/or
service levels. \* Balances tradeoffs between supply chain strategies,
optimizing plant operations and use of raw materials. \* Participates in
monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings and ensures
alignment across the organization on production, inventory and service

Planning, Inventory Control, Master Production Scheduling, Finished

technical proficiency/knowledge of Excel and Access. \* Must have strong
communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills \* Strong attention

JDA, excel, Diver, access and Oracle \* Ability to understand the data
