Project Architect

Project Architect Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• 6+ years of professional experience in planning, programming, project management, and architectural design
• Architectural license preferred (in the process of obtaining)

Project Architect Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in handling projects from schematic to construction document phases
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding presentation abilities, including public speaking
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• The Project Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.
• Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
• Professional client development skills
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Project Architect Compensation:

• $80,000- $115,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
