Machine Repairman-Up to $33/hr. MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS Job Description As a Machine Repairman, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying, removing, and relocating all equipment, both stationary and mobile, within our manufacturing facility. You will utilize blueprints, machine drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, as well as assembly drawings to perform tasks. The role requires the use of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and involves analyzing and repairing equipment malfunctions. You will also be expected to repair machine parts using various machinery such as lathes, milling machines, manual machines, drill presses, band saws, grinders, and presses. Fabricating new or replacement parts as required for repairs, along with performing preventative maintenance and cleanup duties, will be essential parts of your job. Responsibilities Maintain and repair all equipment in the manufacturing facility. Utilize blueprints, machine drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics. Use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance. Analyze and repair equipment malfunctions. Repair machine parts using lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and other machinery. Fabricate new or replacement parts for repairs. Perform preventative maintenance and cleanup duties.
