Position Overview:**

Seeking a Plumbing Project Manager experienced in to oversee client relationships, manage HVAC/plumbing/process system projects, and coordinate field labor requirements in alignment with field operations teams. This role requires sound judgment, strong project leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with professionalism and integrity.

**Salary Range:**

$80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, education, certifications, and location. Total compensation may include other benefits and incentives based on company policy.

Upper Management / Sales Leadership

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management:**

+ Serve as the single point of responsibility for both internal teams and the customer.

+ Manage full-cycle project functions: concept development, estimating, proposals, and contract execution.

+ Lead project financials: forecasting, budgeting, billing, and cost control.

+ Coordinate installation sequencing and field labor efforts in alignment with operations teams.

+ Oversee contract administration: sales agreements, procurement, execution.

+ Maintain strong understanding of job costs throughout the project lifecycle.

**Client & Team Relationships:**

+ Lead client-facing meetings and manage contracts through to close.

+ Foster collaborative relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.

+ Coordinate across departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, Service) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

+ Participate in studies or technical committees to support operational improvement and innovation.

**Internal Collaboration & Communication:**

+ Consult with leadership and department heads to align on project strategy.

+ Participate in sales and construction meetings.

+ Lead or contribute to project kickoff and coordination sessions across departments.

+ Mentor junior staff, participate in recruiting and coaching efforts as needed.

+ Support cross-functional alignment to ensure project vision and contract scope are met.

+ Complete other tasks as assigned to meet team goals.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

+ 5+ years experience in HVAC project estimation, design, or execution (ranging from $10M to $100M+).

+ Proven ability to manage projects independently and with a high degree of accountability.

+ Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

+ Experience developing new business and maintaining community/industry presence.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

+ Experience with project management software (e.g., JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet).

**Physical & Other Requirements:**

+ Ability to lift and move 1025 pounds as needed.

+ Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for computer and field work.

+ May be required to bend, stoop, kneel, or climb during site visits.

+ Must have valid Class C drivers license and be able to travel to job sites.

+ Regular, punctual attendance is essential.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday through Friday, with flexibility for early start times (as early as 6:00 AM) and longer workdays as project needs dictate.

**Travel:**

Regular travel required to project sites and regional offices, based on operational demands.

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
