Machine Operator - 3rd Shift ( 7:30p - 6:00a )

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals.
• Assemble parts to produce high-quality HVAC products.
• Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to verify product specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing required.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must be safety and quality-conscious.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift Details:

Training on 1st Shift required before transitioning to 3rd Shift. (M-Th 6:00AM – 4:30PM)

3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Includes additional $0.65 shift differential pay - totaling $20.25/hour
