Scheduler I- Solar

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler I to join our Solar group to perform routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight for our Operating Groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight
Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules
Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
Prior experience on construction job sites highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software
Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing
Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgement in anticipating and solving problems
Basic plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions
Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion
Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
Excellent organization skills are a must, along with a proven desire to learn
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Power Project software, a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $76,800 MIN - $96,000 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days.
