Immediate 2nd Shift Building Engineer job in Lansing!

Interview and start ASAP!

Pay: Up to $30/hr!

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

-Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and building systems.

-Conduct facility inspections and report findings with suggested corrective actions.

-Maintain and troubleshoot building automation and life safety systems.

-Respond promptly and effectively to building emergencies.

-Prepare summary reports on work performed and facility conditions.

Job Requirements

Required

- EPA Certs preferred

- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.

- Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required.
