The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, quickly learn new processes, and have a solid understanding of project plans and specifications for commercial construction. This position involves working closely with Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily construction activities on commercial projects. Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met. Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction crews. Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site. Review and interpret project plans and specifications. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process. Communicate regularly with the project team and clients regarding progress. Qualifications: Experience in commercial construction management. Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
