Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco ACI to lead enterprise-level network initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert capable of designing, implementing, and managing complex ACI environments. This person should be comfortable directing teams, working with senior stakeholders, and ensuring high network availability across dynamic infrastructure landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Cisco ACI fabrics and integrations.

Own and lead network-related projects end-to-end from planning to execution.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Represent networking in senior-level meetings and strategic discussions.

Proactively monitor and maintain the health and performance of the enterprise network.

Develop and enforce change management best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers.

Document configurations, topologies, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in enterprise networking.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (design, deployment, operations).

Deep understanding of network architecture, SDN, and data center networking.

Strong command over Cisco Nexus, routing & switching, and layer 2/3 protocols.

Proven experience leading project teams and driving infrastructure changes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to interact with senior leadership.

Experience managing network incidents and performing root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE Data Center).

Experience with automation (Python, Ansible).

Exposure to multi-site ACI and hybrid cloud networking.

Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise change management processes.

Soft Skills:

Leadership mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.

Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions.
