Concrete Finisher - Direct Hire Opportunity Greater Philadelphia Area $35-$40/hour | Full-Time | 40-50 Hours/Week Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for a direct hire position with a reputable contractor in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We're looking for professionals with a strong background in high-quality finishing and trowel machine operation. Key Responsibilities: Form and pour footings, sidewalks, slabs, ADA ramps, stairs, and other concrete structures Finish concrete using broom, hand trowel, walk-behind, and ride-on trowel machines Complete large slab pours up to 20,000 sq. ft. Perform general labor tasks: grading, excavating, spreading stone/concrete by hand and equipment What You Bring: Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience Skilled with both walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines (required) Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset Pre-employment requirements: Drug screening Background check What's Offered: Direct hire with full-time, stable hours (40-50/week) Hourly Pay: $35-$40 Health Insurance: 50% employer coverage after 3 months Vision Insurance: 100% employer coverage Life Insurance: 100% employer coverage (up to $70K) 401(k): Up to 4% company match (after 6 months) PTO: 5 days after 1 year INDH
