Staybridge Suites General Laborer

Position Overview:

A General Laborer may assist in the physical aspect of any given project assigned by Ownership. In addition, a person who holds this position must be willing to take on multiple projects at one time that may include heavy lifting. A General Laborers hours can be somewhat irregular, since they must be available throughout durations of any given project.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Willingness to accept the most effective role

Operate with integrity within the realms of the core values of Delco Development

Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.

Loading and delivering materials

Operate industrial power equipment.

Restock and replenish as appropriate.

Perform general maintenance.

Provide labor support as needed

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Fill in for other positions as needed.

Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.

Qualifications:

0 - 1 year of general work experience.

Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred

Demonstrated attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Strong time-management skills, ability to meet imposed deadlines and the ability to work flexible hours
