HVAC Technician Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a junior HVAC technician with experience working in installation, maintenance, and/or services. The customer aims to develop this individual into a fully operational service technician who will support the Charlotte, NC area. This candidate will have experience working alongside senior HVAC technicians and understand basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and service operations. They will be working with Trane, Carrier, Daikin, York, and a handful of other commercial HVAC systems. The compensation ranges between $20-$28/hr.

Skills and Requirements

1 year of HVAC experience.

Knowledgeable in maintaining and servicing HVAC units.

EPA Certification

Previous residential or commercial HVAC experience.

Availability for overtime work. Graduated from a HVAC trade school.
