Construction Laborer - Traffic Laborer Job Description We are seeking skilled paving laborers with at least 1 to 2 years of experience. You will begin your day at our office in Gorham and then proceed to various job sites. The primary focus will be on paving for commercial properties and non-highway roadways. Responsibilities Assist in the construction and paving of commercial parking lots and non-highway roads. Perform tasks that require strong mechanical ability. Engage in general labor activities related to roadway construction. Lift standard weights up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Essential Skills At least 1 to 2 years of experience in paving labor. Strong mechanical ability. Ability to work up to 10 hours per day during peak season. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial paving is highly preferred. Knowledge in road construction and general labor.
