Site Builder & Maintenance Supervisor

The Site Builder & Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a

variety of tasks related to the preparation, build-out, and maintenance

of our new business location. This position requires hands-on skills

combined with the ability to oversee and coordinate construction and

repair activities. Primary Job Duties Include: Build-Out and

Construction Tasks: Oversee and assist in the interior build-out of the

new retail location, including framing, drywall installation, painting,

and finishing work. Install fixtures, shelving, cabinetry, lighting, and

signage according to company specifications. Coordinate and perform

minor electrical and plumbing work under supervision. Ensure compliance

with safety regulations and building codes throughout the build-out

process. Maintenance Services: Perform general repairs and maintenance

throughout the facility, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting

touch-ups, and hardware installation. Troubleshoot and resolve building

issues such as leaks, squeaks, door and window repairs, and minor HVAC

maintenance. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Maintenance and

Facility Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify

and address maintenance needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and

organization of work areas and construction sites. Assist in setting up

the space to meet operational readiness before opening. This role

requires a versatile individual with skills in construction,

maintenance, and project oversight to ensure the timely and high-quality

completion of the new business location.
