About The Role\:
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running like clockwork? 3D Systems is looking for a Facilities Site Coordinator to lead daily operations and maintenance at our Rock Hill, SC facilities. In this full-time role, you will oversee facility operations and manage vendor relationships to ensure our building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and more—are operating safely, efficiently, and effectively.
You'll play a key role in coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance, supporting projects, and ensuring a safe, comfortable workplace for all. What You Will Do
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance issues, escalating complex problems to the Facilities Manager as needed.
- Oversee building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements for custodial, landscaping, fire protection, and equipment maintenance services.
- Support facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, maintenance logs, and vendor service documentation.
- Assist with planning and execution of facility-related projects such as equipment upgrades, space changes, and small renovations.
- Collaborate with the EHS Manager to support implementation of safety programs (Lock- Out/Tag-Out, Hazmat, First Aid, etc.).
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of security systems and building access controls.
- Update facility maps, space assignments, and support internal moves and changes.
- Provide backup support during after-hours emergencies related to building systems or equipment failures.
What You Will Bring\:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, OSHA 30, Facilities Maintenance Technician) a plus.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead technician role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with CMMS or work order management systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD or Visio a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and coordinate vendor activities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
