Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with experience in both low-code and pro-code development. This role involves designing and developing custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom applications using Flow Designer, Studio , and scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS)

Work with stakeholders and analysts to gather and translate requirements

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD , etc.

Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts

Design integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server

Automate tasks and processes with Flow Designer

Manage data access between scoped applications and global tables

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with both low-code and pro-code development in ServiceNow

Integration expertise using APIs, Kafka, MID Servers

Proficient in scoped app & global table data access management

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

ServiceNow Citizen Developer Training (must-have)
