About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Architect with a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify high-impact areas where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can drive business value. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into AI-driven solutions and creating roadmaps for successful AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Discovery
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and pain points.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and data assessments to uncover opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Educate clients on AI capabilities, industry trends, and relevant use cases.
• AI Opportunity Assessment & Solution Design
• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across business functions (e.g., operations, customer service, marketing, finance).
• Propose tailored AI/ML solutions that align with the client s strategic goals.
• Assess data readiness and provide guidance on data collection, preparation, and governance.
• Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Define high-level AI solution architectures, including data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and system integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and software developers to bring proposed solutions to life.
• Recommend platforms, tools, and frameworks best suited for each use case.
• Roadmapping & Strategy
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps with phased implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
• Advise on organizational and change management requirements for successful AI integration.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Present findings, proposals, and solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing consultancy support during pilot and rollout phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data-driven solution design, with at least 2 years in an architect or consultative role.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and AI toolkits (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or a client-facing technology advisory role.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications (e.g., in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail).
