Fence Installer / Laborer $17-$23/hr (Ephrata, PA Full-Time, M-F)

Be Fenced LLC, a locally owned and growing fence company based in Ephrata, PA, is hiring! We install residential and commercial fences, including aluminum, chain link, wood, and vinyl.

Were looking for a dependable fence installer or general laborer to join our team. Experience is preferredbut were willing to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

Digging holes and setting fence posts (mostly dry-set with concrete)

Carrying and pouring concrete bags

Installing fence panels, gates, and hardware

Operating power tools and hand tools

Reading job layouts and taking accurate measurements

Driving to and from job sites (if applicable)

Cleaning up job sites and maintaining tools/trucks

What Were Looking For:

Able to lift at least 60 lbs repeatedly

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Experience with tools, tape measures, and construction work a plus

Drivers license is a big plus could lead to a Foreman role

Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Pay:
$17$23/hour depending on experience. More for the right person who can show up, hustle, and take initiative.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, typically 8-hour days. Occasional overtime available.
