Warehouse Forklift Operator Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator in a dynamic environment within a large lumber distribution facility. This role involves operating industrial equipment to assist in wood treatment and ensure the safe and timely movement of goods. A strong emphasis on safety protocols will be maintained to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other machinery to load and unload products from trucks and racks. Pull products off shelves or racks and prepare them for shipment or storage. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and adhere to safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and other industrial equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in building materials and/or distribution. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
