We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Construction Laborer - Final Clean-Up** to assist with the final stages of construction projects. This role involves detailed cleaning of interior and exterior areas to prepare buildings for turnover. Candidates must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and follow site safety protocols.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform final clean-up of completed construction projects, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Remove debris, construction materials, and protective coverings.
- Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces to project standards.
- Assist with minor touch-ups and adjustments as needed.
- Load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies and materials.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work effectively under the direction of site supervisors and foremen.

- Must be a member of the **Hawaii Laborers Union - Local 368** or willing to join upon hire.
- Previous experience in construction or job site clean-up is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
