Travel Superintendent

Position Title: Traveling Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

A leading general contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction projects over $10M is seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent . This is a true road warrior role for a construction professional who thrives in the field, is comfortable with extended travel, and is passionate about delivering high-quality commercial projects from start to finish.

• Lead on-site construction operations for large-scale ground-up commercial projects

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients

• Manage day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Maintain strict safety protocols and enforce compliance at all job sites

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents

• Conduct daily site walks, manage punch lists, and oversee quality control

• Act as the face of the company on the jobsite, ensuring a professional and efficient build

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects

• Proven experience managing projects over $10M

• Strong knowledge of all phases of construction and subcontractor coordination

• Comfortable working and traveling extensively for extended project durations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore preferred)

• OSHA 30 Certification required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
