**Job Description**

In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, managing workers, materials, and equipment. You will ensure projects adhere to specifications, safety protocols, schedules, and budgets. Your tasks may include demolition work, leveling earth, concrete work, preparing layouts, erecting frameworks, and other construction-related activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide management oversight for construction projects.

+ Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment.

+ Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.

+ Monitor project schedules and budgets.

+ Perform demolition, leveling, and concrete work.

+ Prepare layouts and erect frameworks for structures.

+ Lay subflooring and apply ceilings and walls.

+ Weld and signal operators for construction tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction.

+ Proficiency in construction management and oversight.

+ Skills in carpentry, concrete work, and framing.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $40.00/hr.
