Concrete Laborer

Concrete Laborer $18+ Job Description As a Technician we are seeking skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher/Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete, from form setting to finishing, and be comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality work on a variety of construction projects. Responsibilities Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth, aligning them properly. Check the construction of forms holding the concrete. Level and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand/power trowels, hand/power screeds, and floats. Produce rough concrete surfaces using a broom. Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedges. Clean chipped areas using a wire brush. Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure and waterproof or restore concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as requested. Essential Skills 2 years of experience in concrete construction, residential or commercial. Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the day. Proficient with hand tools and flatwork.
