This mid-career role is ideal for professionals with 1015 years of experience, particularly those with a strong background in linear capital construction utility projects such as water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and conveyance systems.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the planning, design, and delivery of linear utility infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater pipelines and related systems.
* Manage project scope, budget, and schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all project phasesfrom proposals and feasibility studies to final design and construction support.
* Oversee contract terms, cost tracking, and schedule adherence to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and risk reviews to secure new work.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
* Mentor junior staff and support the development of future leaders.
* Promote collaboration across business lines and geographic regions.
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
* Proven experience managing linear capital construction utility projects (e.g., water/wastewater pipelines, pump stations, conveyance systems).
* Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills from project pursuit through closeout.
* Ability to make sound business decisions and solve complex technical and logistical challenges.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Passion for team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelors degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field.
* 1015 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years managing infrastructure projects.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year preferred.
