Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Building Engineer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Plymouth, MI.

Job Title: Building Engineer
Work Location: Plymouth, MI
Duration: 3 month contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description:
As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Responsibilities :

• Client is looking to cover a break in service
• Handling work orders
• PM's on HVAC, electrical, plumbing
• Facilities maintenance services

Skills & Qualifications :

• 3-4 years experience
• HS diploma with applicable experience
• EPA 608 License or NFPA 70E preferred

Top Must have Skills:

• Good verbal communication
• Good maintenance skills
• Good time management

Top Nice to have Skills:

• Prior electrical experience
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
