Summary:
The Junior Project Manager manages small projects from planning through delivery.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum two four years experience in a role with demonstrated project management experience required
Banking, Lending or Operations experience preferred
Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred
Experience with project management tools; Smartsheet admin experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated
Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines
Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders
Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks
Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans
Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary
Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols
Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $73,500 - $88,250 annually . This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
