Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ground-up construction. This role demands expertise in managing construction projects, particularly in healthcare, multifamily, educational, and renovation sectors. A four-year degree in construction or a related field is preferred, alongside an OSHA 30 certification. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction document review and schedule coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular job site walks to ensure safety, quality, and progress.
  • Organize and lead site meetings and coordinate inspections to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track field conditions, time/materials, and evaluate contractor performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date daily logs and documentation.
  • Monitor work orders, costs, and changes to ensure project efficiency.
  • Develop pre-punch and final punch lists, support turnover documentation, and oversee project completion.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency in construction document review and schedule coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in construction or related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare construction, multifamily, educational, and renovation projects.
  • Knowledge of project management, construction management, and commercial construction.
  • Experience with Bluebeam software and subcontractor management.
  • Field supervision, engineering, site development, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
Work Environment
  • This position offers a dynamic work environment that includes both office and field work across Delaware, southeast Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
