Project Engineer

Description

Project Scheduling: Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Submittal Approval Process: Manage the submittal approval process, ensuring all documentation is reviewed and approved in a timely manner.

Material Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of materials, ensuring timely arrival and proper storage on-site.

Request for Information (RFI): Prepare, submit, and track RFIs to resolve any project-related queries or issues.

Change Order Management: Manage change orders, including documentation, approval, and implementation, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in project plans.

Preconstruction Support: Collaborate with the preconstruction team to provide support during the planning and design phases of projects.

Project Administration: Oversee project administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

Coordination and Close-out: Coordinate project close-out activities, ensuring all punch list items are completed and final documentation is submitted.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Related field of Engineering

1-4 Years of commercial construction experience (General Contractor experience preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
