Now Hiring: Landscape Construction Foreman

About the Role:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and energetic foremen to join our team for year-round work.
Job Requirements:
Positive attitude and team player
Must be 18 years or older
Valid Washington State drivers license
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Demonstrate positive leadership and motivate team members
Drug-free, dependable, and punctual
Ability to multitask
Capable of directing fellow crew members
Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting for extended periods, and lifting up to 60 pounds
Safe and proper operation of trucks
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, root ball carts, picks, shovels, rock bars, roto-hammers, chainsaws, drills)
Knowledge of plants and planting techniques
Ability to plant shrubs, synthetic turf, lawns, and trees with care to ensure their growth
Follow landscape designs and plans accurately
Install rock gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, irrigation systems, retaining walls, fences, and planters
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Complete all required paperwork
Maintain a clean worksite
Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and communicate field needs to management
Report any equipment issues promptly
Complete scheduled tasks on time
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
