### We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable trades professional to join our Team. If you have a solid background in millwright work, welding, pipefitting, metal fabricationand you can read and interpret blueprintswe want to hear from you.

### Position Overview:

In this role, you'll support operations by maintaining and installing industrial equipment, fabricating and repairing metal structures, and preform duct fabrication and installation. You'll work alongside skilled technicians in a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing environment where your craftsmanship makes a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricateplatforms, guards and heavy structural materials as needed

- Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick Welding), ensuring proper joint preparation, and maintain weld quality and integrity

- Read and interpret blueprints, selecting the appropriate welding processes and materials

- Rigging - Use basic rigging knowledge to set up hoisting for removal and installation of heavy machinery and components.

- Process Piping (All Types) - Stainless steel, alum, and carbon

- Duct fabrication and Installation

- Concrete - Machinery foundation, pits, and floors

- Operate safely with hand tools, power tools, fabrication machinery, and shop equipment

- Perform field measurements and installations as needed

- Lay out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drill holes with power drill.

- Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs

Job Requirements

- At least 18 years of age

- Minimum high school graduate, GED, OR equivalent work experience

- Eligible for employment in the US

- At least two (**2**) years of work experience in any of the following mechanical disciplines: MILLWRIGHT, WELDING, or PIPEFITTING

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques, including cutting, grinding, and layout
