DESCRIPTION OF WORKUnder general supervision, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving or disapproving a wide range of agreements including grant agreements, amendments, construction contracts, MOUs, interagency agreements, and settlement agreements. Work involves conducting detailed analyses of agreement language, funding proposals, and payment terms; verifying appropriate approvals and documentation; ensuring budgetary and coding accuracy; and determining eligibility for renewals and adjustments. You will also work directly with agency staff to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance to ensure proper agreement structure and compliance. Additionally, the role includes posting commitments in SAP, processing agreements in agency applications, and performing special assignments. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Alternate Work Schedules (AWS) available upon completion of probationary period.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. Please keep in mind that while this is a full-time telework position, that can change at any time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. More detail can be provided during the interview process.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Contract Management Specialist 1; or
- Two years of professional experience performing contract, accounting, or financial documentation and transactions review and analysis work, and a bachelors degree in finance, business, accounting, or a closely related field; or
- Six years of professional experience performing contract, accounting, or financial documentation and transactions review and analysis work; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
This position is not subject to the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or memorandum of understanding.
