Job Title: Senior MuleSoft Architect
Client Location: Pennsylvania (PA-based client, EST time zone)
Work Mode: Remote (Preferred to work in EST hours)
Duration: 10 Months
Visa: Open to all valid work authorizations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MuleSoft Architect to lead enterprise-level integration initiatives for our Pennsylvania-based client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MuleSoft architecture, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Architect end-to-end integration strategies involving APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle of MuleSoft integration projects including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Establish MuleSoft best practices, design patterns, governance, and reusability standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and integration specialists.
  • Define and ensure adherence to integration architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of existing MuleSoft applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12 15 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise systems and application integration.
  • 5 7 years of experience as a MuleSoft Architect , leading and delivering large integration programs.
  • Strong experience working with the MuleSoft CloudHub/Anypoint Platform .
  • Hands-on experience with API-led connectivity , RAML/OAS, DataWeave, and designing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
