**Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Steel Framing Foreman to lead and supervise commercial framing crews on construction sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in steel studframing, leadership experience, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

**Responsibilities:**

Supervise andcoordinate daily activities of steel framing crews

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations

Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades

Monitor inventory and request materials as needed

Perform hands-on framing work as required

**Pay Range:**

$30-$40 per/hour

**Hours:**

+ 7am-530pm (M-F)

**Work Environment:**

+ Outdoor and indoor commercial construction sites

+ Fast-paced, physically demanding environment

+ Exposure to varying weather conditions

+ Use of ladders, scaffolding, and power tools required

**Skills:**

+ 5 years of experience in commercial steel stud framing preferred

+ At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

+ Ability to read and interpret construction documents

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
