As the Senior Estimator , you’ll be the go-to expert during preconstruction—owning the estimating process from concept to close. Projects typically range from $5M to $50M , with the occasional challenge of pricing jobs up to $100M .

• Lead all aspects of estimating on assigned projects

• Break down plans, specs, and drawings into clear, accurate cost estimates

• Partner with architects, engineers, and leadership to define scope and pricing strategies

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids

• Contribute insights on value engineering and bid strategy to give your team the edge

• 7–10+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction

• Strong track record estimating projects independently in the $5M–$50M range

• Comfortable navigating large-scale bids (up to $100M a plus, not required)

• Proficient in estimating platforms like Sage , Bluebeam , or OST

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative
