Koniag Data Solutions (KDS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an innovative Privacy-focused Cybersecurity Engineer/Architect Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven privacy and security solutions for our federal government clients. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in privacy engineering, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence to develop cutting-edge solutions for privacy protection. The successful candidate will lead privacy initiatives, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to develop innovative solutions that protect sensitive data while enabling mission objectives. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure privacy requirements are met through technological solutions and automated processes. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:**
+ The Privacy Cybersecurity Engineer/Architect Lead will design and implement advanced privacy-preserving security solutions. Key responsibilities include:
+ Architect privacy-preserving AI solutions
+ Design privacy-enhancing security frameworks
+ Lead privacy engineering initiatives
+ Develop automated privacy compliance solutions
+ Create privacy-focused security architectures
+ Implement privacy-by-design principles
+ Direct privacy impact assessments
+ Lead privacy tool development and integration
+ Design data protection solutions
+ Develop privacy metrics and monitoring systems
+ Guide privacy-focused security automation
+ Mentor team members on privacy engineering
+ Coordinate with stakeholders on privacy requirements
+ Lead privacy research and innovation initiatives
+ Oversee privacy control implementation
**Education and Experience:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
+ 3+ years of privacy engineering experience
+ 3+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies
+ Current security certifications (CISSP, CIPT, or equivalent)
**Required Skills and Competencies:**
+ Strong knowledge of privacy frameworks
+ Strong experience with privacy engineering
+ Strong in security architecture
+ Advanced knowledge of AI/ML technologies
+ Experience with privacy-preserving computation
+ Knowledge of data protection technologies
+ Expertise in automation and orchestration
+ Strong understanding of compliance requirements
+ Experience with privacy impact assessments
+ Leadership and project management skills
+ Advanced problem-solving abilities
+ Excellence in stakeholder communication
+ Experience with federal privacy requirements
+ Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies
**Desired Skills and Competencies:**
+ Additional privacy certifications (CIPM, CIPP)
+ Experience with classified systems
+ Knowledge of homomorphic encryption
+ Expertise in differential privacy
+ Experience with blockchain privacy
+ Knowledge of quantum-safe privacy
+ Published research in privacy/security
+ Patent holdings in relevant fields
+ Experience with zero-knowledge proofs
+ Knowledge of federated learning
+ Experience with privacy-preserving ML
+ Expertise in data anonymization
+ International privacy law knowledge

+ Leadership in privacy communities
