We are looking for a Project Managerto join our Alternative Delivery Practice supporting fish passage, transportation, and municipalprojectsaroundthe Puget Sound Region.Our Alternative Delivery Practice is an incredibly diverse team with projects that vary in size, client, and service. That includes small design build projects, huge multi-million-dollar multi-disciplinary progressive/design build projects, and everything in between.
About the Role
In this role, working with a highly collaborative team of engineers and civil technicians/designers, you will:
Serve as a Project Manager to Osborn's Alternative Delivery Team, helping them pursue a range of projects. Anything between a small single site culvert replacement to a large city transportation project, or the Columbia River Bridge replacement project.
Manage and coordinate team members from one, several, or all of Osborn's other disciplines.
Lean on discipline design leads to deliver the design, and as Project Manager, verify the work is within scope, enforcing the project schedule, coordinating workloads, managing budgets, and providing interdisciplinary coordination.
Manage Osborn's internal team, working directly with our Design-Build teaming partner(s), serving as their primary point of contact with Osborn.
Serve as a prime and/or sub consultant, communicating schedules, budgets, and managing various projects including storm drainage design, fish passage design, bridge replacement, and sewer rehabilitation projects, as well as hydraulics and hydrologic modelling for city and state facilities and infrastructure projects.
Facilitate quality control and quality assurance, with the support of design leads, for project deliverables, including engineering reports, calculations, figures, design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Provide project management, budget and task management, scope, fee documents development, execution, and management for projects.
Provide construction support to contractors in construction stages of projects.
Complete work within budget and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and client and company standards.

We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction management or a closely related field.
5+ years of post-degree experience in engineering or closely related occupation.
4+ years of Project Management experience.
Planning, design, PS&E development, and/or construction support for design build/progressive design build projects.
Washington state and local industry regulations.
Experience designing Washington state municipal public works projects.
