Location: Margate, FL

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced pipe fitters for a commercial project in Margate, FL. This position involves working with chilled water systems, requiring knowledge of both threading and grooving Schedule 40 black iron pipe. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are welcome. A JLA badge is not required to start, but the process may begin once onsite.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and assembling chilled water piping systems

• Working with Schedule 40 black iron pipe

• Threading pipe 2 inches and smaller

• Grooving pipe 2 inches and larger

• Reading and following mechanical blueprints

• Supporting jobsite safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of pipe fitting experience

• Proven experience with chilled water systems

• Skilled in pipe threading and grooving techniques

• Must have own hand and power tools

• Full PPE required (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable and able to follow instructions

• Spanish-speaking a plus

• JLA badge not needed to start, but may be required later
