The Opportunity Electrician: Residential Mechanic

We are looking for a dependable, skilled Residential Electrician Mechanic to join our residential construction team. This role is for someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and is committed to quality on high-end custom homes and remodels.

Youll work directly under a Foreman or Lead Electrician, supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical work. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Ideal Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic

• Have completed 4 years of FEAA or equivalent experience in residential electrical work

• Can read and interpret plans and wire diagrams

• Are capable of completing 840 hours of work with minimal supervision

• Are organized, dependable, and communicate well with others

• Have experience working on single-family homes and remodels

• Are comfortable working with tools and climbing ladders

• Possess your own tools appropriate to your skill level

• Maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Exceptional Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic

• Have 4+ years of hands-on residential experience

• Have worked on high-end, ground-up custom homes

• Understand Florida code and jobsite requirements

• Can manage material lists and help mentor helpers or apprentices

• Are proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
