Industrial Electrician Direct Hire**

**Location:** Hatfield, PA

**1st shift:** 7am - 3:30pm

**2nd shift:** 3:00pm - 11:30pm

**3rd shift:** 11pm - 7:30am

**Pay:** $28-40 per hour based on experience

**Job Summary:**

Kelly is seeking a skilled and motivated **Industrial Electrician** to join our dynamic Maintenance team. This role involves installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in an industrial setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools

+ Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment

+ Install services from electrical drawings, including building and installing control panels

+ Bend EMT and rigid conduit, pull wire as directed

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED

**Experience & Skills:**

+ 4+ years of industrial electrical experience

+ Proficient with AC & DC voltages (24V to 600V)

+ Experience in Class 1, Div. 1 explosion-proof environments

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems

+ Familiarity with 3-phase and single-phase AC/DC motors

+ Experience with PID loop process control (temperature, pressure, flow)

+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus

+ Calibration experience to meet ISO standards is a plus

+ Self-starter with a strong focus on safety

+ Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
