Mechanical Engineer
Job Duties:
Design, evaluate, and develop mechanical products, systems, and processes to meet duct and HVAC parts production requirements.
Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, schematics, and engineering reports, and resolve system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
Monitor and develop production processes, overseeing the selection and implementation of manufacturing methods, 3D product design, and mechanical system functions, among others.
Examine equipment failures and systemic difficulties to diagnose and resolve suboptimal or malfunctioning operations.
Develop and test alternative manufacturing methods to assess feasibility, operating conditions, and the efficiency of assembly machines.
Oversee the installation and operation of machinery and equipment, and evaluate their installation and operation to ensure compliance with the required specifications and standards.
Evaluate and test mechanical designs and prototypes for safety, energy efficiency, etc.
