Perform engineering duties in planning the construction and modifications of streets, highways and freeways to improve traffic flow. Provide traffic forecasts, roundabout analysis and recommendations for roadway design and environmental studies. Conduct and participate in transportation planning studies.

Job Requirements:

Master of Civil Engineering plus one year of experience in Civil or Transportation Engineering. Experience must include knowledge and use of DARWin-ME, FPS 21, StreetPave, MEPDG1, MODULUS & TxDOT pavement design.
