Manufacturing Operations Manager

We're seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing plant operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing processes, ensuring machine efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery Oversee equipment maintenance and partner with vendors for equipment and materials Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Administer compensation, incentive programs, and performance reviews for production, maintenance, and traffic employees Champion employee development through coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning Drive strategic planning for 1-5 year growth in products, services, and capital investments Utilize MRP/ERP systems to manage production scheduling and cost efficiency Foster open communication with sales, customer service, and customers Requirements: 3-5 years of manufacturing management experience Proven leadership and team management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems Project management experience Preferred: 5-7 years of manufacturing management experience 4-year college degree (BA or BS) Flex-o-graphic printing process knowledge Mechanical aptitude ISO certification knowledge Experience in Lean or Quick Response Manufacturing Background in corrugated packaging industry and vendor management We Offer: Competitive compensation structure Opportunities for career and pay advancement Comprehensive benefits package Dental Insurance Medical Insurance Retirement Vision Insurance Paid time off Apply Today! Design/Engineering department utilizes an integrated CAD prototype system and maintains a Package Proving Center with a complete International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Test Lab.
