Pay Range: $20.14 - $28.80 hourly Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Builder Sales Assistant you will provide support to the builder sales internal and external customers, schedule installations, complete sales transactions, help answer questions, follow-up on order tracking and adjust measure layouts. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Qualify: Approach customers in a timely manner and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products Accuracy : Ensure exactness of order entries and follow up with customers prior to scheduled install to verify information Communicate : Follow-up before and after delivery requests and answer any questions/problems that may arise Research : Attend all sales/training meetings and explore/study product information Report : Maintain current sample books, price/spec books and work with vendors on current books Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they lovebecause that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors Data entry skills per established department requirements Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What's in It for You?
