Plumber for Shower control replacement

The value leaks from the shower head or tub its bad and I want it fixed. I also do not like the shower control handles either, I'd like the internal hardware valves replaced if need be. Tell me whats possible. Come take a look, its the three handles, hot, tub/shower and cold style and the pic shows but the tile is cracked too.
